A man has miraculously escaped with just minor injuries after his car dropped more than 100ft from the top of a Welsh cliff.
The incident happened at Strumble Head, a rocky cliff face six miles to the west of Fishguard in Pembrokeshire.
A member of the public called the police at around 10.30am on Friday morning after spotting a blue car crumpled at the bottom of the cliff.
Police officers, paramedics, fire crews and coastguard teams - including the coastguard helicopter from St Athan - all rushed to the scene, where it became clear a man was inside the vehicle and still alive.
Volunteer crews from Fishguard RNLI also went, having made their way to the bottom of the cliff using their all-weather and inshore lifeboats.
Crews were able to remove the driver from the vehicle and onto a stretcher. He was then taken to Fishguard and handed over to ambulance crews, who took him to Withybush Hospital in Haverfordwest.

A spokeswoman from the RNLI said: “Fishguard RNLI volunteers were paged at 10:45am on Friday, July 12, to reports that a car had fallen off the cliffs at Stumble Head.
“The coastguard 187 helicopter was deployed to the incident as Fishguard RNLI launched both the all-weather lifeboat and inshore lifeboat and quickly made their way to the location.
“The volunteer crew of the inshore lifeboat carefully assisted the casualty out of the car and onto a stretcher.
“The casualty was then transferred by the inshore lifeboat to the all-weather lifeboat that was waiting nearby.
“The all-weather lifeboat made its way back to station where an ambulance and paramedic crew were waiting.”
The car, which was crushed from the impact of the fall, was recovered later on Friday.
