A tense video shows a car cutting across a green area in an attempt to evade gardai in North Dublin.
The footage, which was taken on Priorswood Road, Coolock, shows a dark saloon race down the road before cutting across the grass as bystanders watch on.
One garda car is seen following the car as it comes down the hill and onto the road that runs between two large estates.
Sirens can be heard blaring as the guards follow the car around another bend.
Another video then shows them coming up the road as the driver wades between bollards set up to stop people speeding.
The garda press office has been contacted for comment.
