A car has been recovered after colliding with the perimeter fence at Prestwick Airport this morning.
Police say the vehicle collided with the fence at around 9.25am.
Emergency services were called following the incident which sparked an alert on the airport's outer field.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called at around 9.25am to reports of a car which had collided with a fence on the A73.
"There were no reports of injuries."
