Meryl Streep is achingly good in "The Queen" director Stephen Frears' latest piece de resistance as Florence Foster Jenkins, an heiress and amateur singer who was dubbed the world's worst singer. Simon Helberg all but steals the show as her pianist, while Hugh Grant is lovely as her husband.
