Caprice unveils secret to her youthful looks – standing in “-100 degree” freezer every day

Caprice Bourret has finally unveiled the secret to her youthful appearance that she’s managed to keep in tact since the day she stepped foot into the world of modelling.

The ex- Dancing On Ice star’s impressively smooth face is void of wrinkles, under-eye bags and furrowed brows.

Caprice, 48, has always denied Botox or facelifts and has appeared on more than 250 magazine covers, including Vogue, GQ, Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Maxim, FHM, and the Swimsuit Issue of Sports Illustrated.

And now the former model has revealed the secret behind her ever youthful glow.

The mum-of-two unveiled the unconventional beauty treatment behind her fresh-face is “freezing [her] a** off for three minutes” every day.

She admitted she stands in a “big freezer” for cryotherapy treatment to reduce inflammation, increase energy and reduce psychological stress.

She told Closer magazine: “I go for a daily freeze. It’s literally a room with a big freezer, which you stand in for three minutes and freeze your a** off.

“It’s a whole body shock, but it can heal your muscles, invigorate your skin and boost your immune system.”

The star first tried the treatment ahead of her appearance on this year’s Dancing On Ice to heal shin splints.

Caprice posted a snap on her Instagram at the time as she prepared to step into a “-100 degrees” chamber.

She told fans: “At first I thought this is mad.

“But I am desperate to get rid of these shin splints. I walked in and freaked out... couldn’t breathe very well and of course was shocked by the temperature.

“But then I calmed myself down and stayed for the duration. When I got out my body tingled everywhere but wow I felt amazing.”

She claimed the treatment worked to heal her, then became “addicted to the treatment.

Caprice has been seen not taking any chances in the coronavirus epidemic as she was spotted dashing out to a Sainsbury's supermarket in her protective gear on Wednesday.

Donning a face mask and a pair of bright blue latex gloves, the TV personality stocked up on her cleaning essentials during an outing amid self-isolation.
