Capital XTRA radio presenter Will Njobvu has shared a video of a man 'racially abusing him' as he stood on a train platform.

Will claimed the bystander at Harrow-on-the-Hill station demanded he 'speak English' after hearing him talk on the phone to a friend.

The radio star is heard telling the man that he had been speaking English before demanding the man explain his choice of words.

"Speak in English? I was speaking in English mate?” says Will in the video posted to Twitter.

The man, who is wearing a mask, responds: "Yeah you are now” and repeats "Speak in English."

Will than asks the man if he is racist to which he replies 'yes and no', adding: "You weren't speaking English in England.'

When asked what 'yes and no' means, the man says: "There’s certain black people I don’t want to speak with, and certain black people I will speak with."

The radio host added: "I’ve just been racially abused during Black History Month. We’ve got a long way to go. No one even stepped in to say anything."
