The preseason slate begins Saturday for the 49ers, which means it’s time for Chris and Kyle’s first 53-man roster projection of the year on Candlestick Chronicles.
While the big names headlining the top of the roster and some depth spots are all easy to plug in, it’s clear San Francisco’s coaching staff is going to have some tough decisions. Chris and Kyle discuss some of the ways the team can allocate roster spots at each position, and which players are in the lead for some key battles for a place on the 53-man.
