Candlestick Chronicles: 49ers NFL draft plans with Danny Kelly

Essentially every door for the 49ers is wide open in this year’s NFL draft. Pinpointing one positional need is difficult, and they have a pair of first round picks that they could trade either one or both or neither of.

Chris Biderman of the Sacramento Bee and Kyle Madson chat with the Ringer’s NFL draft analyst Danny Kelly about what the 49ers are looking at prospect-wise with their first pick. They also discuss where the value is in this year’s draft, and possible trade-back scenarios for San Francisco.

The guys finish up by looking at the rest of the NFC West in the middle of the offseason, and how the 49ers stack up with the rest of the division.
