Former Nascar driver Candace Muzny has been found dead in her Oklahoma home and police are calling the death suspicious, reports claim.
The 43-year-old was found unresponsive in her Oklahoma City residence by a neighbour on Monday evening.
This comes just a few days after Ms Muzny was released from jail on Friday.
She made the news last month after she allegedly punched a nail technician for not speaking English to her. Ms Muzny was then accused of attacking a responding police officer with a knife, Fox 8 reported.
Police said her death remains under investigation.
