Canberrans have proven super-dobbers, with ACT Policing receiving 36 reports of "minor breaches" in the last week and three Sydneysiders sent packing after crossing the border.
Isabella Sophie Hughes, 24, from Paddington in inner-city Sydney will face court on August 2 after allegedly flying to Canberra on Friday, July 9.
She was arrested when police pulled over her rideshare car at midnight on Saturday and taken to the ACT Watch House.
Two other people were reported to police on Thursday as they attempted to check in to a Greenway hotel, ACT Policing said.
They also said they received 36 reports from the community of people not complying with COVID-19 restrictions.
"All of which were determined to be minor breaches, and required no further action once resolved," ACT Policing said.
They also said over 300 people were complying with stay-at-home directions in the ACT. They had all been door-knocked.
From Friday, July 9to Thursday, police said they had stopped more than 1300 drivers to speak with them about the current health orders.
They had also checked construction worksites following a positive case at a site at Goulburn Hospital.
All sites were found to be compliant with ACT Health directions, although some were found by WorkSafe ACT inspectors not to be compliant with their health and safety obligations.
Acting deputy chief police officer Hall O'Meagher said ACT Policing appreciated the efforts of the Canberra community to comply with health orders.
"It has been most encouraging to see such a high level of compliance at every construction site checked this week. These workers deserve credit for getting it right," he said.
"I'm also very happy to see people are taking the personal responsibility to keep informed about the health directions seriously."
