Canberra teen missing for nearly a week

Police are searching for a 15-year-old Canberra boy who has been missing for nearly a week.

ACT Policing are desperately searching for teenager Ashely Gardner, who was last seen in the Barton area on Tuesday, December 7.

He is described as being slim, Caucasian and with ear-length brown hair.

ACT police said Ashley's family believe he may be in Reid or around Civic with other people.

Anyone who may have any information that could assist police in locating Ashley is urged to contact ACT Policing Operations on 131 444.
