Canberra IT consultant drowned saving daughter

IT consultant for the Department of Immigration Raj Kishore, has been revealed as the father who drowned trying to save his nine-year-old daughter on Monday.

Mr Kishore, 48, died after pulling his daughter from a rip in Batemans Bay on the South Coast, reported the Daily Telegraph.

He lived in Torrens with his wife Silpa and two children.
