Shots have been fired and cars torched outside a family home in Canberra's south, in what police say is another outbreak of bikie violence.
Police were called to the house in Kambah in the early hours of the morning to find damage from gunshots and three cars alight.
Detective Superintendent Ben Cartwright said it appeared rival gangs were feuding.
"There is a feud going on, there are issues here, we are investigating it and we will get to the bottom of it," he said.
Detective Superintendent Cartwright said last year the main bikie gang in the capital split into three.
"Going from a Rebels-based town we now have two main other outlaw motorcycle gangs in the ACT, being the Comancheros and the Nomads," he said.
Police said it is incredibly lucky no-one was injured in the attack.
"The scary thing in relation to this is that innocent members of the public can be hurt in these types of feuds, we are certainly taking this matter very seriously," Detective Superintendent Cartwright said.
ACT Policing's Taskforce Nemesis is investigating.
