Canadian children have welcomed refugees to their country in a moving video being viewed by thousands of people.
Footage compiled by charity World Vision Canada shows dozens of youngsters reading their own message to those arriving from war-torn parts of the world.
Using a variety of languages, the children tell people fleeing death or persecution they are "welcome" and to "enjoy your stay".
Posted on YouTube by the charity, the video has been viewed more than 30,000 times.
The charity's post alongside the footage says: "We're collecting messages and giving them to refugees through our local partners. Use the hashtag #CanadiansWelcome and we'll pass the notes to them."
The children are not the only Canadians providing a warm welcome to refugees.
Canada's newly elected Liberal party prime minister, Justin Trudeau, went to Toronto airport to greet the first batch of new arrivals since he was elected in October.
