Canadian analysts wrongly crush USWNT for ‘disgraceful’ goal celebrations

The U.S women’s national team kicked of its 2019 World Cup run on Tuesday with a 13-0 victory over Thailand.

Yes, you read that correctly – it was a 13-0 win that quickly got out of hand.

Alex Morgan, who had five goals, as well as other players had fun after each goal, celebrating as players are known to do after scoring a goal in a World Cup, which is the sport’s biggest stage.

Some people, however, didn’t like that they would have the gall to celebrate after all those goals. I’m not one of those people, though, because I think it’s a game and it’s OK to celebrate and if I was on the other team I wouldn’t care at all if the other team celebrated. We all need to calm down a little on certain issues that really aren’t necessary to get worked up over.

But these analysts from Canada sure didn’t like Team USA having some fun, as they called it “disrespectful” and “disgraceful” on this TSN World Cup show:

I mean, come on. That’s a little much.

Listen, Team USA is the best team in the world and if these leads them to being the role of the villain than I say more power too ’em.  I love it.

Celebrate away and have fun.

Life’s too short not too.
