And as part of its continuing development of services to Europe, the airline will offer two weekly direct flights to Glasgow Airport, operating all year-round.

Regarded as Canada's number one leisure airline, it flies to some 60 international destinations in more than 25 countries in the Americas and Europe, and offers domestic and connecting flights within Canada.

The airline carries some five million passengers every year.

So if you're looking to book a winter getaway and fancy the Great White North then there's another way to get there via Glasgow - yaldy, eh?

We're itching to book flights and start planning a trip to the top of the CN Tower ...
