Quiz - Can you name the Arsenal squad when they last played Nottingham Forest in the League Cup?

Arsenal begin their Carabao Cup adventure this evening.

It is the third round of the League Cup, with Unai Emery's men handed a tricky-looking tie against Championship high-flyers Forest first up.

Head coach Emery is expected to ring the changes for the clash, with the Carabao Cup not high on his list of priorities this season.

A number of youngsters will be hoping to get a chance to shine, with the Arsenal fans hoping to see two full debuts handed out this evening after they named their preferred team.

The Gunners dispatched with Championship opposition at the same stage last season, beating Brentford 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium.

They went on to beat Premier League opposition in Watford in the fourth round, before succumbing to fierce north London rivals Tottenham in the quarter-finals.

But what of their record against Forest?

It will be the 100th game between the two sides when they kick-off on Tuesday night, with Arsenal having won 50 of the previous 99 meetings, drawing 22 and losing 27.

It will only be the fourth time the pair have met in the League Cup though.

And Arsenal have a 100% record in the competition against Forest, winning 2-0 in 1987, 2-0 in 1993 and 4-0 in 2016 - so they have done so without conceding a goal either.

A clean sheet would be something of an achievement on Tuesday night, given the Gunners have yet to keep one in the Premier League so far this season.

It may have only been three years ago, but looking back at that 2016 team, there are a few rogue names in the squad.

So we thought we would test out the Arsenal fans' knowledge of the recent past with a quiz.

Can you name the 18 players selected for the squad that day in September 2016?
