Can you give as home to one of two loveable dogs at West Calder’s Dogs Trust Rehoming Centre?
Collie Finn and crossbreed Suzie are both in need of a special kind of home with a little extra love to share and have been put in the spotlight by centre staff as they both need a special home with a little extra love to share.
This month-long focus on Finn and Suzie will culminate in the latest monthly Spotlight Sunday, which takes place at the centre on January 12 from 12pm to 4pm.
It provides the perfect opportunity to find out more about both pooches and the type of home they are looking for.
Finn is three years old and he loves nothing more than to play with his favourite toys. He is a sweet and loving boy with people he knows and trusts and he enjoys being in the company of his family.
A typical Collie, Finn is full of life and loves to keep busy whether he’s setting off on his walks, discovering new places to explore or playing games in the garden.
Suzie is six years old and she loves to spend time with her favourite people.
Like Finn, Suzie is an active pooch who enjoys setting off on her walks and chasing her toys around the garden, particularly when it’s her favourite ball.
While Suzie enjoys the great outdoors, she can be worried by sudden or unknown noises and sometimes prefers to play in the garden rather than going for walks.
Suzie adores her family and she is a very friendly and affectionate girl with people she knows well.
Both Finn and Suzie are searching for quiet and adult only homes in the countryside where they are the only pets. Finn and Suzie are sensitive dogs in need of patient and understanding owners who can build up trusting relationships with them.
In a peaceful and loving home, Finn and Suzie will thrive and are sure to bring a lot of happiness to their future families
