During the Prologue of Destiny: Rising, you get to create your own Wolf. You can choose a body type, hair, skin tone, face, and voice for the main character of your story. But you only have one chance at doing that during the game.
Here’s everything you need to know about Wolf’s customization in Destiny: Rising.
How to change Wolf’s gender, voice, and face in Destiny Rising
According to Destiny: Rising customer support, once you have created the character, you can’t change the appearance, gender, or voice. This means you should take your time creating your Wolf during the Prologue. And if you are already past that point, the best you can do is play as a different character in social spaces, like Haven.
How to change Wolf’s appearance with skins in Destiny Rising

Skins are the only way you can customize Wolf after creating the character. There are skins for characters, weapons, Ghosts, and Sparrows, alongside transmat effects and emotes. Most of the skins are sold in the store for Silver, but you can get some free goodies for Bright Dust and from free pulls.
To change a character’s appearance in Destiny: Rising:
- Open the Characters menu.
- Select Wolf and open the Appearance tab.
- Change cosmetics and emotes by selecting a corresponding tab on the right.
To maximize the fashion game, you can use loadouts. In the first tab of the Appearance screen, select Loadout (some characters also have Sets there) and save your combination of character, weapon, and other cosmetics for fast equip.
