Can Toulouse reinvent itself? Strong turbulence for France's aviation capital

Talk about a crash landing. Before coronavirus, Toulouse - home to Airbus - was churning out planes at the staggering rate of two a day. After the orders stopped overnight, airlines the world over are now struggling to stay afloat and the southwestern French city is left wondering if it's overdependent on aeronautics the way Detroit was overdependent on auto manufacturing. François Picard's panel reacts to the government's €15 billion stimulus plan for the aviation industry, including €1.5 billion to speed up the manufacturing of the carbon neutral plane of tomorrow by 2035.
