Can Raiders WR Antonio Brown continue his efficiency in Oakland?

Antonio Brown has never been the biggest receiver, nor as he ever been the fastest. There are players who can jump higher and are better after the catch. However, that hasn’t stopped him from becoming one of the league’s best receivers.

One way in which Brown has separated himself from the pack is his ability to be highly efficient year in and year out. Despite seeing a heavy workload since 2011, Brown has maintained his efficiency in every season, averaging at least 1.80 yards per route, according to Pro Football Focus.

But will Brown be able to maintain his efficiency in Oakland? That is a question that we will find out early in the season. His relationship and connection with Derek Carr could be the difference in the Raiders contending or drafting inside of the top-10 once again.

But considering Brown’s ability to win with his route running and spectacular hands, look for he and Carr to get on the same page quickly. Expect Jon Gruden to get the ball to their best receiver early and often and eclipse 2.00 yards per route run in 2019.
