Can Lebanon reform itself? Pressure builds one month after Beirut blast

France's president is returning to Beirut for the second time since last month's warehouse explosion at the port that left at least 188 dead, thousands wounded and an already reeling nation literally shell-shocked. Ahead of Emmanuel Macron's visit, his foreign minister had warned the Lebanese state risked extinction. Despite international pressure and the protests that started at home last year against the unaccountability of the country's sectarian power-sharing system, can the old guard hang on?
