Kelsey Grammar's ex-wife has accused him of being drunk at his mother's funeral as their bitter spat continued last night.
The Frasier actor, 64, had said that Camille Meyer "exploded" with rage on the day, but she took to Twitter to say this was "not true".
Instead, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 51, said her former husband was "rewriting history".
She tweeted: "This is not true. My parents were with us in the Hamptons when we received the news about his mom's passing.
"We consoled him and flew back to LA to make arrangements for her funeral. It's unfortunate that he is rewriting history."
Camille later added: "Nothing really bad happened the day of her funeral except he got drunk with his friends.
"Later that day of her funeral and into the evening he was drinking heavily with his friends.
"I was very concerned about him being 'off the wagon' and asked to slow it down or I'll call The Betty Ford Center."
Camille had accused Grammer of physically and mentally abusing her during their 13-year marriage.
In response, Grammer told interviewer Graham Bensinger : "Honestly, I don't really talk about her very much, because so much of her life is spent talking about me and I just think it's sort of pathetic."
He added: "A month after I had a heart attack, my mother died - 12 years ago now - the day of my mother's funeral, my third wife basically had an explosion about something."
Grammer continued: "She started telling me, 'I'm out of this, I'm out of here. I want a divorce, blah, blah blah'.
"We'd had the same conversation for eight years, and it was tiresome."
The couple finally split in 2010 and she was awarded $30million (£23million) of his fortune.
