The $1.141 million sale of a house with "everything" has set a new suburb record in Cameron Park for a non-acreage home.

Belle Property Lake Macquarie's Sam Taylor marketed the spacious two-storey house with a pool on a block 1329 square metres in size at 100 Northlakes Drive. He reported strong local interest and multiple offers.

The result surpassed the $933,000 sale of a four-bedroom home in Macon Way that was Cameron Park's highest for a non-acreage house. A home on 12 acres of land in Beluga Drive sold for $1.15 million in 2018.
