Camden crash: Teenage girl rushed to hospital after collision with car in north west London

A teenager has been rushed to hospital after a collision with a car in north west London on Friday.

Police were called to Mornington Crescent underpass in Camden after a crash between a car and a teenage girl at around 6.30pm.

The driver stopped at the scene and is helping police with their enquiries, Scotland Yard said.

A police spokesman told the Standard: “The female, believed to be aged in her teens, was taken to a north London hospital where her injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening.”

Roads around Mornington Crescent Tube station were temporarily closed by police but were reopened by 8pm.
