Cambuslang family appeal for information on missing cat

A Cambuslang family have appealed for help in finding out what has happened to their cat.

The pet called Shadow disappeared on September 6 – the same day a dead cat was reportedly found on Overlea Avenue.

However, there is no information on what happened to the animal after it was found, and Shadow’s owners are now desperate to know more, so they can determine if it was their cat.

James Quinn, Shadow’s owner, said: “Apparently a man knocked on a door in Overlea Avenue, thinking that was the cat’s owner.

“We have no idea what he did afterwards or where he left the cat.

“We are distraught trying to find Shadow and need to know if it was her.

“There is also another black and white cat missing in the area and we are in touch with its owner as well as we try and find out what has happened. Any help would be appreciated.”

The Quinn family can be reached on 074782 55226.
