Cambuslang Rangers have two games in four days that will either see them streak ahead at the top of the West of Scotland League Conference B, or be sucked back into the chasing pack.
The Somervell Park side travel to Gartcairn tonight (Wednesday) for their game in hand, and visit Port Glasgow on Saturday.
Co-boss Billy Campbell says the MTC Park clash isn’t ideally timed, but they’ll get on with it.
He said: “It’s a big game, it could put a bit of daylight between ourselves and other teams or it could bring us back into it.
“That’s how tight the league is, and it’s a massive game for both teams.”
