A Cambridge law firm has promoted a member of its team to director.
Savills Cambridge has promoted Jonathan Phelps, who was previously the head of development valuations.
Joining the company as a graduate in 2005, he is responsible for professional work, including valuations, consultancy and viability assessments.
Rob Sadler, head of office at Savills Cambridge, said: “I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Jonathan on his well-deserved promotion.
