MUMBAI: Cambridge International on Wednesday announced the results of over 59,000 students from classes 10th, 11th, and 12th, who appeared for the March 2022 series, customised for Indian students to enable them meet admission deadlines in local colleges and universities.
This year over 45,000 students received their class 10 equivalent International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), 10% more than over 40,000 last year.
The class 11th and 12th equivalent (AS and A level respectively) exam was taken by 13,833 students, 4% more than last year’s 13,246 students.
Students from over 350 schools took the exam compared to 336 last year. Maths, Physics, Chemistry, first language English, and Biology were the most popular IGCSE subjects in the March exams.
