Cambodia is insisting that the US should drop a nearly 50-year old war debt.
Hun Sen, the prime minister, says the debt was incurred mostly because of extensive US bombing campaign in Cambodia in the 1960s and 70s.
But the US says Cambodia is in a position to repay it.
