As Calvin Harris dropped the news on his Instagram that his new summer anthem By Your Side is now out, attention was diverted elsewhere.
To tell the fans the good news about his tune, he posted a picture of him and his dog Boris but it was the Golden Retriever who stole the show rather than the new hit.
The 37-year-old looked relaxed with a full beard as he put his hand around happy-looking Boris.
In his post he said: "By Your Side is finally out!!! Hope you love it as much as we do. Thank you @tom.grennan for blessing this tune with your unbelievable voice! I absolutely love a summer record. You might have noticed this already."
But many fans were loving Boris and commented on him instead of Harris' new tune.
One wrote: "This is the most wholesome picture you have ever taken."

Another wrote: "That is one beautiful pup."

Harris shares Boris with his model girlfriend Aarika Wolf, who often shares photos of him and their cat Gregg.
The pair have been dating on and off since 2015.
Calvin, whose real name is Adam Wiles, last had number one hits in 2018 and they were Promises with Sam Smith and One Kiss with Dua Lipa.
During lockdown, aside from creating new summer anthems, the 37-year-old has been keeping fit and healthy with green juices and mountain climbing, going long walks with Boris and even growing his own vegetables.
