Calvary Bruce Public Hospital's general manager Mark Dykgraaf has left the hospital.
Calvary executive Roslyn Everingham is now acting in the role while recruitment is ongoing.
"Calvary wishes to confirm that Mark Dykgraaf has left his position as general manager of Calvary Bruce Public Hospital to pursue other opportunities," a spokesman said.
"Calvary sincerely thanks Mark for his efforts whilst in the role and wishes him all the best for the future."
Mr Dykfraaf - a former ACT Health executive - left the role almost two weeks ago.

Health Minister Rachel Stephen-Smith said decisions about senior executive roles at the hospital were made by the Little Company of Mary.
"I was informed by ACT Health that the Little Company of Mary has made the decision to employ a new general manager. Calvary Public Hospital plays a vital role in our health system," she said.
"I thank Mark Dykgraaf for the contribution he has made to that system over the years, and am confident that the new general manager will continue to engage positively and collaboratively across the territory health system."
The announcement comes just months after ACT Health director general Michael De'Ath's surprise resignation.
Ms Stephen-Smith at the time said Mr De'Ath wanted to return to Melbourne to be with family.
