Calum Chambers has admitted that he was delighted to 'put things right' with a goal in Arsenal's comeback against Aston Villa.
The defender admitted that he was responsible for Wesley's goal which put Villa 2-1 up at the Emirates Stadium, but managed to put things right with a goal that drew the game level.
Speaking of his goal to Sky Sports, he said: "I am very pleased.
"I hold my hand up to their second goal so I had to put things right. We stuck in there and worked hard and deserved it in the end.
"The win is massive for us as a club and team, We have the quality and the spirit. We dug in deep to get the momentum going."
Chambers' effort gave Arsenal a route back into the game and it was Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who popped up with the crucial goal which gave the Gunners the three points.
It's not the first time that the frontman has got Unai Emery's side out of jail and Chambers admitted that the Gabon international is worth his weight in goal.
Speaking of the striker's impact, he said: "He is a quality striker.
"A lot of the players in this team have quality but to have him scoring goals is great for us."
