Newcastle United forward Callum Wilson is 'working hard' to ensure he 'hits the ground running' for the Magpies this season.
But the 29-year-old took some time out of his busy pre-season regime on Wednesday evening to take in England's historic semi-final victory over Denmark at the European Championships.
Wilson was one of the lucky 64,950 fans packed into Wembley Stadium to see England reach their first major tournament final in 55 years.

Sharing a video of fans singing Neil Diamond's hit single turned England anthem 'Sweet Caroline', Wilson tweeted: "What a team performance!! fans were unreal last night, what an atmosphere to be in and amongst."
The Newcastle forward, of course, is a four cap England international himself and was part of the Three Lions' squad for the 2019 UEFA Nations League finals.
The Magpies' hitman remains in Gareth Southgate's thinking and is targeting a 15-20 goal season next campaign after an impressive return of 12 goals in 26 appearances in his first campaign at St James' Park.
Speaking to Four Four Two magazine, Wilson believes he is getting better with age and is determined to earn an international recall next season.
"I do believe that I am getting better as a striker. I certainly haven't given up on my England career - I'd love to add to the four caps I won before the pandemic," he said.
"Lockdown came at the worst possible time for me, but I feel like I have some unfinished business there."
If he can remain injury-free next term then don't bet against him.
