That's the idea that Samsung had when developing 'Q-Symphony.' Specific soundbars and speakers are designed to synchronize with your Samsung TV's audio to deliver fuller, more immersive sound that elevates movie night, game day, or just about anything you watch on TV.
And for a limited time, this Samsung Q-series HW-Q6CC Soundbar is discounted by $100 at Walmart, and it comes with a standalone subwoofer for deep, booming bass. I've tested a similar model from Samsung and it was one of the best soundbars we've reviewed at Homes & Gardens, so I'd snap up this deal while it's live.

Considering the slim profile of modern TVs, relying on them for good sound quality is a little too optimistic. That's why investing in a soundbar is such a significant upgrade: Having a device dedicated purely to audio means you're not compromising on your home entertainment.
But this setup takes it up a notch. It has a standalone subwoofer that's essential for powerful bass and depth, then both the soundbar and subwoofer synchronize with your Samsung TV to create an immersive soundscape that's perfect for movie rooms and music rooms.
Surround sound is possible from a single soundbar (the Sonos Arc Ultra is a stand-out example), but having the sound come from three sources will create a more multi-directional experience. Imagine sounds travelling from left to right and approaching from afar. It's a guaranteed way to make movies and shows more realistic.
I've tested another Q-series model, the Samsung HW-QS750F, and was blown away by its impressive sound delivery. I don't even have a Samsung TV myself, so wasn't able to experience the Q-Symphony feature, and it sounded inspiring without it. If your TV doesn't have the best-sounding speakers, don't worry, as the HW-Q6CC is consistently reviewed to have stellar audio quality by itself.
One reviewer wrote that it 'makes every show so much more enjoyable,' and other reviewers praise its well-built design and quick, easy setup. These soundbars can look a little complicated to install when there are multiple components involved, but I can say from experience that it's painless.
The subwoofer connects to the soundbar wirelessly, so all you need to do is plug it into the mains, then connect the soundbar to the mains and into your TV. That's it. You can download the Samsung SmartThings app for more customization features, but it starts playing without it.
