Callie needs a new home!

Animal welfare experts are appealing to find a new home for Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Callie who is currently being cared for at Dogs Trust’s West Calder Rehoming Centre.

Callie is five years old and her carers say she enjoys getting plenty of love and attention.

A spokesperson for Dogs Trust said: "Callie is a really playful pooch and she particularly enjoys playing a game of fetch.

"Callie is house trained, will happily jump in the car for an adventure and she loves tucking into a tasty treat. While she loves attention and fuss from people she knows, Callie is a sensitive girl and she can be uncomfortable around strangers and visitors to the home.

"Callie would be happiest living in an adult only home, with few visitors and where she is the only pet in the home allowing her to relax and enjoy the quiet life.”

If you think you could provide the perfect home for Callie, or any of the other 50 dogs currently available for rehoming, please contact the centre on 01506 873459.
