Call police straight away if you see this man but don't approach him

Police are trying to trace a drug dealer from Runcorn wanted on recall to prison.

Dean Hall, 24, was jailed for three years in March 2018 for peddling heroin and crack cocaine in Grimsby.

Grimsby Crown Court heard police had spotted Hall involved in a suspected drug deal in an alleyway and officers had later found him with 119 wraps of Class A drugs and £563 in cash.

Recorder Bryan Cox QC told Hall that by drug dealing, he was making money from the "misery" of others.

Members of the public who see Hall are urged to call the police.

A Cheshire Constabulary spokesman said Hall has links to Warrington and St Helens as well as Runcorn.

He said Hall is white, around 5ft 6ins tall and slim, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police in Runcorn have issued several appeals in recent weeks over Hall's whereabouts, starting on May 30.

The spokesman said: "Anyone who sees Hall is advised not to approach him but to instead call Cheshire Constabulary as soon as possible on 101, quoting IML 716039.

"Alternatively, information regarding Hall’s whereabouts can be reported anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
