A guest on This Morning was overcome with emotion after receiving a video message during today's show.
Ahead of BBC One's Ambulance returning to our screens tonight, call handler Jen Watkins and Naomi Horsman, an advanced paramedic, appeared on the show where she was interviewed by Eamonn and Ruth.
Before they started talking, viewers were shown a first look at the new series in a clip where Jen was faced with a terrifying call from panicked parents, after their 12-week-old baby had stopped breathing.

After the call ends, Jen got upset and is comforted by a colleague.
During her interview with Eamonn and Ruth, Jen said: "People perceive Call Handler's as 'oh we're just gonna book an ambulance, it'll be there in a minute' but it's not, you're that first response, you're that initial contact.
"I think when you're taking that call you know what your job is and you know where you need to go with it and then for me, especially after that call, I was like 'Oh my god, why am I crying? Why am I getting upset?' but then I was thinking about my own children."
Ruth then surprised Jen by explaining the baby's parents had filmed a video message for her. She said: "Well you did help that person and that little baby was called Luke and Luke survived and is well. His parents, Dawn and John have sent a message."
In the video message Dawn said: "Just a quick message to say thank you for all your hard work that you did and your help saving this little man's life."
When the camera pans back to Jen, she can be seen crying.
The interview ended with Ruth told her: You all do a phenomenal job", and Eamonn added: "Do you know what, I think we should give them a round of applause. Thank you", before the show's crew join the presenters in clapping for Jen and Naomi.
The new series of Ambulance airs tonight at 9pm on BBC1
