Thanks to his brilliant tips and advice, Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis has become something of a national treasure.
But people are now calling for the ITV host to be 'cancelled', after he made a controversial confession on Twitter.
Following on from Thursday's installment of the Martin Lewis Money Show, one viewer had a very important question to ask.
It wasn't how to find the best car insurance, or when to turn the heating on during cold days, but something much more novel.
The fan wanted to know....what Martin's opinion is when it comes to pineapple on pizza. OF COURSE.
Tagging Martin, the ITV viewer said: ". @angellicabell desperate to ask @MartinSLewis Do you have pineapple on your pizza at the end of the show. #MartinLewis."
Martin replied - but it wasn't his opinion on #pineapplegate which got tongues wagging. It was, in fact, his choice of tuna topping. Oh dear.
"She was. I don't (but i do have tuna)," said Martin.
The comments section was quickly divided, with some people questioning the choice.
"Tuna on a pizza, oh Martin, it'll be Marmite next," said one disgusted Twitter user.
Another wrote: "Terrible. Ingredients on a pizza need to be strong enough to make their flavours known."
"Tuna on pizza, sounds fishy to me," joked somebody else.
"You should be cancelled for this," said a fourth critic.
To each their own. Pineapple definitely belongs on pizza, by the way.
