Caitlyn Jenner's mum slammed 'senseless' Kardashian Hulu series in resurfaced comments

Caitlyn Jenner 's beloved mother Esther Jenner passed away aged 96, it was announced earlier today (April 21).

And now Esther's scathing comments about the Kardashian's Hulu programme, and Caitlyn's ex Kris Jenner, have been unearthed.

Reports say that Caitlyn's mum Esther never seemed to get along very well with the Kardashian family and even ranted about them a matter of months ago.

Last year the mum of the former Olympian hit the headlines when she slammed the popular Hulu series - The Kardashians - for being "senseless".

Speaking to the US Sun in 2022, Esther said: "I think that Kardashian show is the most senseless thing I have ever watched."

She added: "But my two granddaughters, Kendall and Kylie, created it, and I love them dearly.

"They're my blood. And my four step-grandchildren — Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Robert — feel like they're mine, too."

Speaking to the Daily Mail in 2014 (before Caitlyn's transition) Esther was asked by the paper if Kris Jenner, who Caitlyn was married to (until 2015) was a "controlling monster".

When posed the question about the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Esther replied: "That's accurate. I don't know why she is. I don't think she treated anybody very well.

"She could insult you with a big smile on her face. What do you do with a person like that? You're going to avoid them if possible."

She also added: "I hope she [Kris] changes her name back to Kardashian I don't want her to carry the name."

Caitlyn announced her mother's passing on Friday, April 21, in an emotional post on her Instagram account.

In the heartfelt post, she wrote: "I am heartbroken to announce my mom passed away yesterday morning, peacefully.

"Losing a mother is unique in the sense that she is the only person that loved me my entire life.

She added that Esther was a "few weeks shy" of her 97th birthday at the time of her death. "I will miss her tremendously. She was a few weeks shy of 97 and lived a full life.

"Love you Mom," Caitlyn ended the message after sharing a series of sweet photos of Esther celebrating her 95th birthday surrounded by loved ones.
