Caitlyn Jenner has spoken out about Kanye West as she shared her thoughts on the rapper's recent troubles.
The 70-year-old spoke to Kate Garraway on Good Morning Britain as the pair reunited again after sharing a jungle experience last year on I'm A Celebrity.
Caitlyn has kept her silence over Kanye and his marriage with her stepdaugter Kim Kardashian until now but she was in her usual candid form when speaking out on Monday's GMB.
Asked about how Kanye was doing on GMB, Caitlyn said: "Honestly, I don't know. Since all of this has come down, I've kind of just watched it go down. He's living in Wyoming."
"I wish him well," Caitlyn said. "He's a really good guy."
Probed on her suggestion that she would be his VP if he became president, she admitted that it had been "just a joke".
"He's been the most kind, loving human being and so good to be throughout the years and he's been the best friend," Caitlin continued. "He's extremely supportive."
She added that he has a "big heart" and is a "good person".
Asked whether Kanye would make a good president, Caitlyn said: "I can't even go there - we're living in such a political environment.
"I don't even want to talk about politics anymore."
Last night, Kate had teased the interview with Caitlyn on Sunday night when she posted a pic of her with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star on Instagram.
In the pic, the pair are tucking into breakfast after a stint in the Australian jungle.
Kate told her followers: "My first breakfast on leaving the #jungle with @caitlynjenner - back then she joked when she next came on @gmb I would be the only interviewer she’s ever showered with!
"She’s on @gmb live tomorrow & we can’t even be in the same room let alone shower together!
"Can’t wait to catch up with her though & find out what’s going on in her world & hear her take on her son in law #kanyewest."
Caitlyn didn't disappoint as she spilled the beans on the highest profile marriage in the celebrity world at the moment.
Kanye had been holed up at his Wyoming ranch for the past few weeks after a wild first campaign rally for his presidential bid, in which he claimed that Kim wanted to terminate her first pregnancy.
He went on to have two Twitter outbursts, mainly aimed at Kim and Caitlyn's ex wife Kris Jenner, saying that he had been trying to divorce Kim since she met with Meek Mill to prison reform.
Kanye had since been seen boarding a plane to leave Wyoming amid rumours that he could be flying back to Los Angeles to be with his family.
This comes at the end of a week in which Kanye had a tense meeting with a tearful Kim in Cody, Wyoming, days after he made a public apology to her for hitting out on social media.
He wrote on July 25: "I would like to apologise to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter.
"I did not cover her like she has covered me. To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me.
"Thank you for always being there for me."
