Kate Garraway and Caitlyn Jenner writhe in 30,000 cockroaches for the first Bushtucker Trial of the series.
And it looks gruesome.
In skin-crawling scenes set to air on ITV on Monday, the I'm A Celebrity stars tackle the grisly trial in a bid to get food for the two camps.
They must chuck a ball into a bucket below them while the pair are suspended in the air in transparent boxes.
But there is a nasty twist waiting for the celebs - 30,000 cockroaches are being poured into the boxes they are lying in.

Tense scenes see a fearful Kate squawking as she comes face-to-face with the swarm of bugs in a confined space.
"What's going on? No, no, no no," she says. "Oh God! Oh God!"
Even fearless Caitlyn is left startled by the hordes of creepy crawlies.

"Oh boy we've got a lot of friends here." She says.
But she manages to keep her cool when she tosses the red ball towards the bucket.
Unfortunately, Caitlyn misses on her first shot but she is determined to keep going.

If the teaser is anything to go by, the camps could face going hungry.
The I'm A Celeb stars are the first stars to do a Bushtucker Trial to get food for camp.

Fans will have to wait to find out whether the pair manage to get stars for their starved campmates.
I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! continues Monday 18 November at 9pm on ITV
