FA Women's Super League champions Arsenal have completed the signing of Australia forward Caitlin Foord from Sydney FC.
Foord, 25, has 77 caps for Australia, scoring 17 goals for the national team.
The forward broke onto the scene as the youngest Australian to play at a World Cup, playing during the 2011 tournament in Germany at just 16.
Since then, Foord has payed for Sydney FC, Sky Blue FC, Perth Glory, Vegalta Sensai Ladies and Portland Thorns before making the January switch to north London.
After the deal was confirmed, Foord wrote on Twitter: "So pumped to be a Gunner."
Head coach Joe Montemurro said: “I’m very pleased that Caitlin has joined us.
"I have watched her growth in the W-League and she is versatile and a great character.
"We are excited to welcome her when she joins up with the squad."
In an interview with the Herald Sun, Food said of her decision to move to London: "I’m hoping this move can help me take it to the next level and be in the place I’ve been before, where I can play at my best. I think it will help me with that.
"Being part of such a big club and team, hopefully do some special things and lift some trophies.
"I feel like I’ve Âalways been on a steady path. I’m hoping to grow as a player. I’m still learning, being in a different environment with different players. Really good players will help.
"Joe [Montemurro], I’ve only heard good things about.
"I’m excited to be coached by him and I want to be able to take my game to the next level and keep improving."
