Caitlin Clark finally hit her first WNBA 3-pointer for the Fever after tough first half

Well, after a long wait, WNBA fans finally got to see Indiana Fever rookie guard Caitlin Clark hit a 3-pointer.

With just a bit more than 30 seconds left in the first half of her team’s season opener against the Connecticut Sun, Clark finally got the look she wanted and nailed a 3-pointer to get her WNBA career started from beyond the arc.

Hitting 3-pointers made Clark a household name at Iowa, and making shots like this will keep her star alive and well in her transition to the next level.

Just for the sake of exciting basketball, we’ll all hope for plenty more awesome 3-pointers from Clark this season.
