Cailum, 16, missing from Weston-super-Mare as police share urgent appeal to find him

Concerns are growing for a teenage boy who went missing five days ago.

The 16-year-old from Weston-super-Mare, named only as Cailum, was last seen on Friday (June 18).

Avon and Somerset Police has launched a public appeal and urged anyone who knows where he is to call 999.

Officers say they are concerned for his welfare.

The appeal read: "Cailum, who is from Weston-super-Mare, is white, of medium build, approximately 5ft 9ins tall, with short curly blond/brown hair.

"He was last seen wearing black Nike trainers, a white T-shirt and grey joggers.

"Anyone who knows where Cailum is has been urged to call 999, quoting reference 5221136711."

Any other information that could assist police can be communicated via the non-emergency number 101.

The force shared the appeal on social media late this morning, and more than 400 people had shared it on Facebook within an hour of it going live.
