He places a very strong emphasis on keeping close links with Colombia to ensure he is sourcing the very best produce each season, and to ensure the coffee used is ethically sustainable.
The Colombian Company's new Bristol café is decorated beautifully, with exposed light bulbs and foliage hanging from the ceiling.
Customers can expect to find coffee of the highest order on the menu as well as superb cakes and sandwiches, and Latin beers too.
