Cadbury just confirmed its most iconic retro chocolate bar is returning

If there's one topic that unites the nation, it's nostalgia. And when it comes to nostalgia, there's one product in particular that seems to evoke some great memories - chocolate.

People always have an opinion on which iconic chocolate bars they want to make a return, and through the years several petitions have been created as part of the heroic campaign to bring them back.

And Cadbury has clearly been listening, as the chocolate manufacturer has confirmed it has decided to bring back one of its most well-loved treats - CADBURY MARBLE BARS.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

Cadbury has confirmed the chocolate is making a return (Cadbury)

The exciting announcement was made on social media, where Cadbury wrote: "We have been absolutely blown away by the amount of support and love that you have for one of our classic flavours.

"Please be assured that every plea, petition and comment has been heard - and we have been working hard to bring back what you want. We can officially confirm we're bringing Cadbury Dairy Milk Marble back and it's because of each and every one of you."

Well, Cadbury, you absolute legends. This is spectacular news.

Suspicions the chocolate bar could be returning were first raised earlier this week, after a Facebook post started doing the rounds which showed what looked like a Cadbury box, which was labelled 'Marble trial 2020'.

Of course, it got peoples' hopes up, but everyone took it with a pinch of salt until it was officially confirmed.

Now we have the news in concrete, we can all start planning our parties to celebrate. Fabulous.
