Cadbury is looking for a new chocolate taster – here’s how to apply

If you’ve ever dreamed of being paid to eat chocolate, confectionery giant Cadbury is now giving you the chance to fulfil that fantasy.

Cadbury’s parent company, Mondelez International, which also owns Milka and Oreo, is looking for a chocolate taster to join its ranks.

You will be on a panel with 11 other chocolate tasters along with a panel leader, and you will need to share opinions of the chocolate and collaborate with your other team members in order to reach an agreement about the product.

The candidate requirements involve having a passion for confectionary, having taste buds ‘for detection’, being able to give an honest opinion, able to speak English and be willing to try the new products – no further experience required.

It’s worth noting that the role will be part-time, working between seven and a half and eight hours per week between Monday and Thursday and it will be based in Wokingham.

The role may also not be suitable for people with food allergies or intolerances – but would be the ideal role for any chocolate lover.

How can I apply?

All you need to do is visit the Mondelez International website and apply via its online job application.

Due to the high number of applications expected, if you have not heard from Mondelez within 14 days you can assume your application has been unsuccessful. Apply by March 8 to be considered.
