Cadbury confirms retro chocolate last on sale 18 years ago is coming back

There's some good news for chocolate fans, as Cadbury has announced it is bringing back one of its all-time popular treats.

Just in time for the festive season, the chocolatier will be bringing back its Cadbury Puds.

The indulgent puds are made with a thick and luscious truffle, a hazelnut centre, and coated in rice crisp pieces.

They will be sold for 60p closer to the Christmas season, according to retail- specialist magazine The Grocer.

Just last month fans were speculating whether or not the Puds were making a comeback, and now it seems their prayers have finally been answered.

As part of its Christmas chocolate range, Cadbury will also release a Winter Orange Dairy Milk bar, made with orange nuggets.

There will also be a limited edition tin of Roses on sale, made in partnership with homeware brand Cath Kidston.

Little ones can also expect a wide range of traditional Cadbury Advent calendars for the Christmas countdown.

The range would “help retailers make it a year to remember for their shoppers, by building cherished memories and lifelong rituals”, said Mondelez.
