Cadbury Caramilk chocolate bars are finally available to buy in the UK

If you've been on social media recently, you might have seen a photo of a chocolate bar doing the rounds.

Cadbury lovers have been lusting after a limited edition item called Caramilk (not to be confused with Nestle's Caramac).

The tempting treat was first sold in the 90s but is now being made once again and features a golden-coloured caramelised white chocolate.

The bars have previously only ever been sold in Australia and New Zealand, but now shoppers in the UK will finally have the chance to get their hands on one...or five, we're not judging.

Though it will cost you a pretty penny to do so.

Online retailer GB Gifts are stocking the snack on their site, which has been imported from down under.

People can buy a 180g bar of Caramilk from the website for £6.99.

A standard 180g bar of Cadbury Dairy Milk is typically sold for £2 in supermarkets here.

The hefty price only gets higher when you reach the checkout though, with an additional shipping fee of £1.99. This makes the total cost for one bar £8.98.

Cadbury to slash calorie limits of chocolate bars

Once ordered, the bar should take about a week to reach your front door.

People on Facebook are incredibly excited about the food news.

One person said: "A friend sent some over from Australia it’s absolutely gorgeous so much better than caramac."

Another commented: "Looks very tasty, bet it is lovely Chocolate."

A third added: "Oh my like caramac on steroids got to find this soon."
